• Needs Analysis: Interview key personnel to establish the desired work-flow adjacencies, space allocation, privacy levels and ergonomic concerns.
  
• Design Development/Space Planning: Explore ideas and concepts for preliminary plans showing work-flow adjacencies, workstation typicals and private-office layouts. Provide 2-D, 3-D and Rendered images of typicals.
  
• Product Evaluation: Determine appropriate product selections based on needs, company image and budget.
• Budget Documents: Provide detailed proposals, finish boards and room schedules.
• Order Fulfillment: Track purchase-order ship dates, and coordinate all information pertaining to the project with appropriate contractors.
• Site verification: Field measure the job site to ensure that any changes made in the field will be addressed in the furniture layout.
• Final As-Built Plans: Provide the client with final plans for internal coordination of data/phone and move coordination.
